Damaged, missing or incorrect goods

Inspect the shipment promptly and contact us with the order number, affected quantity and clear photos of the product and shipping carton. We will review the evidence and confirm the available replacement, credit or refund resolution.

Wholesale returns

Do not send goods back without written return authorization and instructions. Eligibility can depend on the product condition, packaging, reason for return and whether the order was customized or produced for the buyer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it is issued through the original payment method. Bank and payment-processor handling time can continue after we submit the refund.
